It Started With a Love of Growing

Larry's interest in plants goes back to childhood. His mom always had plants around her home, and his dad enjoyed vegetable gardening. That early love of growing things stayed with him and eventually became part of the inspiration behind Blooming Faith Farm.

From Making Things to Growing Things

For more than 10 years, we've run an online business creating personalized products and selling them through multiple platforms. We've always enjoyed taking an idea, figuring out how to make it, and turning it into something someone else can enjoy.

When we began looking for something that could complement our existing business during its slower months, growing and cultivating felt like a natural direction. What started as an idea to grow a few things gradually became a new way for us to create, cultivate, and provide something useful to others.

One Thing Led to Another

As we began growing more, we quickly discovered how important healthy soil and quality worm castings are to growing plants.

At the same time, we had something else in abundance — cardboard from our other business. Much of it would otherwise be burned or sent to the landfill.

We started wondering if there was a better use for it.

That question led us to worms. The cardboard became part of our worm feed and precompost, which led to producing our own worm castings. From there, we began exploring other things we could grow and cultivate ourselves.

We Look for a Need. Then We Figure Out How to Fill It.

The heart of Blooming Faith Farm is simple: we want to grow or create things that fill a specific need — especially things that may not be readily available locally.

We're not interested in simply adding another product to a store. When we find something worth producing, we spend time researching it, experimenting with it, learning how it works, and figuring out how to make it something we're proud to offer.

We're looking for something useful — something that can make a difference for your plants, your garden, or your animals.

More Than What's in the Package

When you receive something from Blooming Faith Farm, you're not just getting something that was grown or put into a package.

There's research behind it. There's experimentation. There's time spent growing, cultivating, mixing, testing, observing, and learning.

We're constantly asking:

Does this actually work?

Can we make it better?

Would we be happy using it ourselves?

If the answer isn't yes, we're not interested in putting our name on it.

Our goal is to create products that are useful, thoughtfully made, and capable of benefiting your plants or animals — and, hopefully, making your life a little better in the process.

Small Scale. Hands-On. Thoughtfully Made.

Blooming Faith Farm is a small-scale farm, and we're proud of that.

Being small allows us to stay hands-on with what we do. We can spend time researching a product, trying something different, watching how it performs, and making adjustments as we learn.


We strive to avoid unnecessary synthetic inputs and anything we believe could be harmful, and we focus on growing and producing things as naturally and thoughtfully as possible.

We're not trying to be the biggest farm. We're trying to make things we're proud to put our name on.

Why "Blooming Faith"?

We're a family of faith, and when we were looking for a name for this new business, "Blooming" seemed to fit perfectly.

A new business was beginning to bloom.

Plants bloom.

And we liked the idea of a name that represented growth — not only the growth of plants, but the growth of something we're building together.

That's how Blooming Faith Farm came to be.

From Our Family to Yours

We're Larry and Dana, and Blooming Faith Farm is something we're building together.

What started as an idea to complement our existing business has grown into something much more — a place where we can combine our experience of creating and selling products with our love of growing, cultivating, researching, and learning.

We're still growing.

We're still experimenting.

And we're still learning.

That's part of what makes this farm ours.
