Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order from Blooming Faith Farm. Please contact us at sales@bloomingfaithfarm.com if you have an issue with your purchase.

Non-Live Products

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on eligible non-live products, including potting mixes, soil amendments, and other non-perishable goods.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Live & Perishable Products

Live or perishable products, including live mealworms, aquatic plants, and live plants, cannot be returned after delivery.

If a live or perishable item arrives damaged or in unacceptable condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Because live products can be affected by weather, carrier delays, and the amount of time a package remains outside after delivery, please retrieve live shipments promptly.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or something is missing, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos when applicable. If the problem was our error, we will work with you to make it right at no additional shipping cost.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests are accepted before an order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time after a refund is issued depends on your bank or payment provider.
